Every prune and armagnac truffle is hand cut, coated in dark chocolate and covered in a thin layer of cacao powder making each piece unique. Popular among our European clientele, this truffle is on the stronger side.
Ingredients: Dark Chocolate 70%(chocolate, sugar, lecithin, natural vanilla), Milk Chocolate 42%(chocolate, milk powder, sugar, lecithin, natural vanilla), Armagnac “Pruneaux”(dried plums in Armagnac), Fresh Cream 35%, Fresh Unsalted Butter, Fresh Milk*, Honey(or invert sugar), Cocoa Powder(100% cocoa)
